Paying creators
2% per payout, min. €2.50 for the first payout to a creator each month. Adding funds via iDEAL or bank transfer is free. If a creator chooses instant payout, they pay 1% (min. €0.50).
Example: €10,000 a month to 50 creators (€200 on average) = €200 in fees (2%).

Pricing questions.
If you run influencer marketing for one brand, pick a brand plan - Basic, Starter, Professional or Advanced, depending on how many campaigns, creators and team members you need. If you manage influencer campaigns for client brands, pick an agency plan. The limits on agency plans count across your whole account.
Yes, any time, through the billing portal in the platform. Changes are prorated by Stripe.
A campaign that is in draft or active. Finished and archived campaigns don't count towards your limit.
A creator who is in a running campaign, or who was paid out this month. Creators you only keep in your list don't count towards your limit.
No, all prices are excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge rule.
Creators never pay for a plan: the brand or agency that runs the campaign pays it. A regular payout is free for creators. Only if a creator chooses instant payout (in their bank within about half an hour) do they pay 1%, min. €0.50.
